Quality Assurance Officer
Own day-to-day quality control on the floor — inspection, grading and documentation against HACCP and export standards.
- Carry out in-process and final inspections against product and buyer specifications.
- Maintain HACCP records and support BRCGS / EIC audits.
- Monitor cold-chain and hygiene compliance across the line.
- Flag and document non-conformities and corrective actions.
Production Supervisor
Run a processing shift — coordinating cleaning, freezing and packing to hit output and quality targets.
- Plan and supervise the day’s processing across intake, freezing and packing.
- Keep the line to schedule while holding quality and hygiene standards.
- Coordinate with QC and cold storage on lot flow and dispatch.
- Lead and develop the floor team.
Export Sales Executive
Grow relationships with international importers and distributors and move enquiries through to confirmed orders.
- Respond to buyer enquiries with specifications, availability and pricing.
- Build and maintain relationships with importers across target markets.
- Coordinate documentation and logistics with operations.
- Represent Protech professionally to a global buyer base.
